I got this little tool/jewel because the Legend charging cable was less than a foot long. This little optional device came with a 2 foot long detachable cable. It would have been better if they provided this little magnetic connector with the Legend (and not provide the cable since they are so stingy with the cable). That would allow me to use any of my other micro USB cable. Even better, Plantronics should have provided a slot for a micro USB as there is no advantage of using the magnetic snap for the charger.

Months and months later...
I have no need for this cable anymore because my Voyager Legend died. Complete waste of money for this optional cable and I probably will not buy another Plantronics device.

Great product in that call quality is superb and user can connect two phones at the same time (I still have not whittled down to one phone yet!)

Pros:
call quality (feedback supplied by callers on the other end as well as my own experience)
flexibility: two phones connecting at same time; works with one phone and Google Talk/Chat/Voice product at same time; haven't tried it with Lync yet
usability: several charging options that are well thought out when needed - the battery lasted overnight without charging

Pros: After owning a couple of not-so-great Bluetooth headsets, I really like my Plantronics Voyager Pro and so do the people I talk to while using it. Leaving it in the car unprotected or stuffing it in my pocket with coins and car keys was giving me some concern, so I purchased this case to keep it from getting dinged up. Sometimes, depending on where I am (restaurants, for instance), I'm a little self-conscious about wearing a headset, so I usually like to take it off. The Voyager Pro is so comfortable to wear, however, that I often forget I have it on! The case is designed to fit this particular headset model, the smooth leather exterior and brushed interior make it both functional and smart looking, while the simple magnetic cover makes it easy to open, replace or remove your Voyager Pro.

Cons: While it's definitely sturdy enough for a device as lightweight as a Bluetooth headset, I probably would have bought a hard case if I had found one. The belt clip is adequate, although an optional clip for the car visor would have been a nice addition. I also thought it was a little bit expensive with shipping. Those are the 3 reasons why I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I would still recommend it though.

Legend Bluetooth Headset Plantronics Voyager PRO+

Let me start by saying i've owned a lot of high end BT headsets, Plantronics Voyager Pro, Plantronics 975, Blueant T1, Parrot B250XT, Parrot Xpressway, and some cheaper Chinese Brands like the Gblue and Bluedio.

I was ISO the perfect headset that balances look, fit, sound, and also has A2DP. I find no matter how much technology, or how fancy the name of the technology, there's substitution for a mic that gets closer to the mouth. The best phone only headset i've ever owned is the Parrot B250XT, but the thing looks like I'm taking drive thru orders at McD's (but it works as well as the ones you see coaches wear at football games).
